Jarkko Lehtiniemi, M. A. (Art) is an art teacher who graduated from the University of Lapland and currently works as lecturer at the Laihia central comprehensive and upper secondary school. His master’s thesis was action research on the development of the winter face of the City of Rovaniemi in the years 2000 – 2001.
